NexTier Oilfield Solutions required a new mobile app for its employees, and our team designed and developed the NexTract app. It provides easy access to information, tools, and services to support employee work and well-being. We ensured the app had user-friendly navigation, intuitive interfaces, and interactive features for a seamless user experience. To encourage adoption, our marketing strategy included digital and print collateral such as emails, app store design, app icon design, flyers, cards, and posters.

Through several design sprints, user testing, and collaboration with the NexTier team, we delivered a complete set of wireframes, visual designs, and an app experience for NexTract. Within months, the app was launched successfully, providing employees with the necessary tools and information to maintain their competitiveness and well-being.
